Eligibility Criteria for Extended Seat Allotment Round
According to the official notification shared by KEA, the eligibility guidelines are structured as follows:
- Candidates who were not allotted seats in earlier counselling rounds are fully eligible to participate.
- Candidates who have already reported to colleges can participate in this extended round for seat upgradation if interested.
- Candidates who cancelled their seats by paying the penalty amount are also eligible to participate.
- Candidates who selected seats from October 13 to 15, 2026, but failed to pay fees or report to colleges are not directly eligible. Such candidates can participate after reporting to their allotted college on or before October 31 for upgradation or by cancelling their seat online after paying a penalty of Rs. 10,000.
