Gujarat Industrial Policy 2026: निवेश और रोजगार को नई दिशा
गुजरात सरकार 15 जून 2026 को गांधीनगर के महात्मा मंदिर में अपनी नई Industrial Policy 2026 लॉन्च करने जा रही है। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेंद्र पटेल और उपमुख्यमंत्री हर्ष सांघवी इस नीति का अनावरण करेंगे। इस नई नीति का मकसद है राज्य में investment, employment generation, और innovation को बढ़ावा देना। यह नीति गुजरात को manufacturing, technology और emerging industries में और अधिक competitive बनाने की दिशा में तैयार की गई है।
औद्योगिक नीति क्यों ज़रूरी है
Industrial policy किसी भी राज्य की economic growth की backbone होती है। यह तय करती है कि किन sectors को priority दी जाएगी, किन्हें incentives मिलेंगे और किस तरह से नए investors को attract किया जाएगा। गुजरात की नई नीति का focus है – बड़े निवेश लाना, रोजगार के अवसर बढ़ाना और modern industries को support देना ताकि राज्य की industrial competitiveness और मजबूत हो सके।
Ultra Mega Industrial Units के लिए खास provisions
नई नीति में एक नई category जोड़ी गई है – Ultra Mega Industrial Unit। इसमें वे projects आएंगे जिनमें कम से कम ₹10,000 करोड़ का निवेश और 3,000 से ज़्यादा jobs बनाने की क्षमता होगी। ऐसी units को capital subsidy, interest subsidy, और power tariff support जैसी सुविधाएँ मिलेंगी। सरकार इन projects को कुल निवेश का 40% तक incentive देने पर विचार कर रही है। इससे बड़े‑पैमाने पर industries को आकर्षित करने में मदद मिलेगी।
Priority Sectors का विस्तार
नई नीति में thrust sectors की संख्या 9 से बढ़ाकर 16 कर दी गई है। इसमें कई नए और emerging fields शामिल किए गए हैं – जैसे semiconductor support industries, textile waste recycling, nuclear equipment manufacturing, और drone production। इन sectors को special incentives, infrastructure support और policy assistance दी जाएगी ताकि वे तेजी से grow कर सकें।
Project THRIVE क्या है
नई नीति में Project THRIVE (Transition for Harmonized Relocation and Inclusive Vibrant Economy) को भी शामिल किया गया है। इसका उद्देश्य है कि शहरों के अंदर स्थित industries को बाहर के industrial zones में shift किया जाए। इसके लिए सरकार financial assistance और fast approval process देगी। इससे urban areas में भीड़ और pollution कम होगा और planned industrial development को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।
MSME और Tech Industries को Boost
नई नीति में MSME (Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises) को विशेष महत्व दिया गया है। सरकार इन छोटे‑मध्यम उद्योगों को बेहतर finance, technology support और market access देने की योजना बना रही है। साथ ही semiconductor, drone, advanced manufacturing और अन्य tech‑based industries को भी प्रोत्साहन मिलेगा ताकि गुजरात future industrial economy में अग्रणी बन सके।
Ease of Doing Business और Investment Promotion
नीति में Ease of Doing Business को बढ़ाने के लिए कई reforms शामिल हैं – जैसे land allotment में transparency, approval process में speed, tax incentives और बेहतर industrial infrastructure। इन steps से investors को friendly environment मिलेगा और नए industries की स्थापना आसान होगी।
